We are available to answer any questions you may have about having your legal documents served in West Palm Beach Florida area. If you don't have any questions and would like to retain our services please call us. Or, if you don't want to call us and simply want us to serve your legal documents in West Palm Beach Florida you can send your papers to us (in DUPLICATE) along with a check in the amount of $75.00 PER paper, per address. Our fee is for serving ONE defendant or witness at one address ONLY. We aspire to serve your legal documents within three business days from receipt of your documents and pre-payment at our West Palm Beach Florida office. If you need rush / same day services please double the above quoted fees.
If you need West Palm Beach Florida or Palm Beach County Florida court or trial related services other then process serving please call us so we can discuss your needs.
We will try to serve your legal documents up to three times, if necessary. Our residential process serving services are usually rendered early in the morning or late in the evening, unless otherwise directed. Our business oriented process serving services usually take place between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Again, serving any legal document requiring one return, proof or affidavit of service = $75.00.
This service fee is for one witness or defendant at one address.
Serving any legal document on a rush basis (within 24 hours) within the West Palm Beach Florida and Palm Beach County Area is double the above fee.
Serving West Palm Beach Witnesses, Banks, Hospitals, Registered Agents, Businesses and or other defendants in volume / bulk transactions qualify for a discount. Please call or email us to discuss.
All services are considered "Standard" unless otherwise directed.
Standard services are provided with 3 - 5 business days.
Fees are NOT subject to change unless clearly indicated above.
All fees are flat rates which include mileage, expenses and all related expenditures for standard service offerings. There are NO refunds once we receive your legal documents and or service request. Sorry.
